I know you can't take most medications with you to BCT, but can parents bring vitamins/iron/zinc etc. to you during Parents' Weekend and are you free to take them? Or is participation in the study the only way you're allowed to have them?

Reason: typo
i got that in the mail a couple of days ago as well. i am looking at the acclimation one and i would like to try it, but i DONT want to get a placebo and have to do all the research stuff anyways. by the way, how much time will the research part take up? i know the pamphlet says that the "appointments" are from 5-50 minutes, but then it talks about excersize stuff we will have to do also.
2012mom, you will be able get those sort of simple OTC meds/vits for your cadet. Many parents will send a package with snacks, cold stuff etc. you do need to be carefull though becuase some products could cause difficulties with drug testing.
undercover- yeah, i signed up for it but i really DONT want it to take my time away if i get the placebo. 4dig life is gonna be stressful enough anyway
