Is it wise to bring your wallet (with all your stuff in it) to I-Day or just carry your driver's license with you and have your parents bring your wallet with them to Parent's weekend? Will we be able to have our wallets on us throughout Basic?

You can buy stuff at the C-Store right after basic, so waiting til Parent's weekend is kinda a long time without it.

They'll take your wallet pretty early during basic, but they keep them locked up somewhere for you until basic is over. My basic flight got our wallets back a few days before Acceptance Day.
