"To CadCandMateus, as an Active Duty O-6, I'm not sure this controlling and elitist attitude is what I want to see in my Air Force. The originator of this thread who also wrote #14 clearly intended this thread for potential USAFA class of 2013 to be excited about being nominated, receiving an LOA and hopefully acceptances. As it appears your not in the class of 2013, what gives you the right to control this thread? On a side note, I'm glad to see Mr V. Chen apologize!"

I am the originator of this thread and the poster of #14. The tradition of this type of thread is for individuals that have been accepted into the Academy. This is NOT controlling or elitist, just tradition. I did not mean to cause confusion by adding "nominations" in the list. I think we all realize that receiving a nomination does not guarantee an appointment.
This is also not a thread for parents to start arguments, but a place for future cadets to post their appointments. Everyone, please refrain from using this thread for anything else!

I noticed the 2013 list on ServiceAcademyForums is much more current than this one. They have 38 appointees listed. However, I like this list better because it gives more data.

Keep in mind that there are some different people on both forums. So this one is probably current for all CCers, but won't have exactly the same as SAF
