| Our experience has been that schools are less generous with sophmore transfers. Then FA Money increases with junior transfer. You know yourself and your likeliness to get really good grades, which you'll also need for transfer.
Hopefully others will answer, but don't start a financial situation that you can't finish for all four years.
Then again, look hard enough and you might well find the way to stay (if it's tight $ rather than heroically sacrificial $ :-) ....a huge chunk of the Cost of Attendence as AU is R&B, a lot of scholarships & loans won't cover R&B...being an resident advisor can help. There's usually some group rentals off campus that will save a good bit too.
But Au is a good school that will prepare you to go elsewhere if you apply yourself. |
