chances of getting in?

About to be a senior, I am a 5 Year letterman in soccer, 2 in softball, 3 in track, and 2 in volleyball. I have a 3.2 GPA at a amazing private school. 24 on ACT, low 1800's of SAT. Will retake both, don't know how much they will change though. Loads of community service such as: teaching sports for an entire month at a local public school in June from 7-4. Help out schools with cleaning and helping kids. VBS teacher for the past 7 years, also was assistant director of VBS for 2 years, set up every year for the past 11 years. Also am going to be a mentor for a child suffering from chrones disease. So thats just a little of the work I do. So if anyone has any idea about my chances at getting into American it would be very helpful! THANKS!

Are you expecting to continue any of those sports in college? Have you contacted the coaches?

It could affect a lot, if the coach wants you.

You should complete the questionnaire on this page immediately. (You are actually a little late.)

Sorry - you said you were a letterMAN.

Here's the one for women:

Here's the info on the 2009 recruits:

Your ACTs/SATs are below their 25% percentile mark (my d's were as well), and GPA is, too. So chances are you'll have to impress them with something else.

(d's stands for my daughter...and no, she didn't have anything below a B minus, though she also homeschooled.)
