How to hold on my place on wait list?

I am an international applicant and I haven't received the mail stating the way to hold on the place on wait list. Could anyone here tell me how to? Thanks

Yes I am from Beijing.
some times 25, most time 0, and in one year 72.
It is a very small possibility actually, but I will try my luck.
