AP Score Predictions 2012

I've seen these threads for past years, and I haven't seen one for this year yet, so what kind of scores are you all expecting on your APs this year?

Mine:

German: It's hard to say because there's a new exam form so I don't know what to expect from the curve, but I don't expect anything higher than a 4.

English Language: 4/5 *crosses fingers*

APUSH: I'm taking form B tomorrow, wish me luck...

Copy/paste with spelling corrections:
APES-5: Was pretty easy, and well inside the curve
Psych-5: FRQ was weird, but I should have enough from MC
CS-5: REALLY easy...
English Lit-5: MC was easy, essays were good enough
US Gov-5: Pretty easy with class/APUSH/following politics
French-5: I was really worried about this one but, despite a screw up on the oral, I think I got enough points for a 5
Stats-5: Easily, I have no problems with math and I had a class
Macro-5: Pretty standard stuff
Micro-5: Statndard stuff except FRQ #3, I'm really glad my Macro teacher taught us tariffs
Comp Gov-I haven't taken it yet, but I expect a 5 due to the 70% curve and the easiness of the questions on practise tests.

Thank you! The AP Psych free-response(1st) was crazy. Who in the world remembered crystallized intelligence, agoraphobia, etc?

I didn't take AP Psych but agoraphobia is probably one of the better-known psychology terms (by people who've never taken the class). i think it means fear of being in public?

Macroeconomics - 5
Microeconomics - 5
English Lit - 4

English Lit was good on the whole, but I completely screwed up the prose essay which will definitely take it down to a 4.

@wynter: That's the thing: it actually means fear of places where escape seems difficult(of which public places are an example). There were a lot of terms where the precise definition was different from your intuitive definition: ethnocentrism was like that as well.

let's see...
-psych: 4/5 (it seemed to go well but i self-studied and missed a lot so it might be a 4)
-calc: 5 (possibly a 4 but i felt really good about it)
-english: 3/4 (the essays went HORRIBLY so i'm right on the line - i need a 4 more than anything so i'm super anxious about this one...)
-euro: 5 (i studied a good deal for this and felt really good about it on test day)
-comp gov: 3-5 (i self-studied from this book that wasn't very good and i didn't know what was actually on the test until i was taking it, so this could go either way. i only need a 3 for credit though so i think i'll be ok.)

It sounds like this year CB went on a power-trip with the FRQs.

Case-in-point:

AP Lang: essay #3 - some philosophical junk about reason. The persuasive essay prompt is usually more accessible.

AP Enviro: FRQ on what constitutes a wetland ... who studies that? Fracking was also pretty tricky (fortunately though, I knew what it was) .... oh OMG ... ONLY 8.7% OF APES STUDENTS GOT A 5 THIS YEAR.

AP Micro: FRQ #3 (lucky number 3?) ... according to the President of the CB: 15,000 students earned 0/5 pts

AP Macro: FRQ #1 (only ~1000 AP Macroeconomics students earned full credit)

APUSH: FRQ #2 ... 53% of students who opted for this Q earned less than 3 of 9 points. 53% OF PEOPLE EARNED 0, 1, OR 2 POINTS.

AP Psych: FRQ #1 (see above)

Even though I took the late test for APUSH with completely different questions and essays, the statistics he posted on Twitter are really freaking me out.
