I don't see why they don't just put the scores online like the SAT....

^One of the many mysteries of College Board.

Last year, the first scores were received on July 6, and I got mine on July 8. Thus, since many people got scores today, I hope I'll get mine by the 7th, hopefully tomorrow, so I don't have to wait all the way until the 9th.

I'm quite anxious to learn my scores. I'm going to keep track of the mail all next week just in case.

Fremont, California and Newark, California got them! It's all over my facebook. I'm too lazy to upload my own scores, but here's a picture of someone else's:

To #91:

It could have something to do with the fact that you are required to register for the SAT online and thus create an account on their website. When you sign up for AP exams, it's all through your school, no online account is made, so they can't access you as easily. With that said though, apparently they're setting up an online platform for next year that will probably have something to do with your AP number.

Texas Got its scores on the 11th for the last two years. near houston anyways.

and since the new ap director took over, he's been starting reforms, including an online system for next year

while they're still in development, they plan to use it next year.

you can read his tweets at Trevor Packer (@AP_Trevor) on Twitter

I just called the AP General Services phoneline, they lady on the phone told me scores are not printed yet. They will be mailed out from the distribution center in late next week. We should expect to get our scores beginning mid July to the 1st week of August.

No scores are mailed yet...I don't see how so many of you already got it in the mail...

BTW, the date on your score report should say "2012" on it...so, cocoforcollege...your friend's AP Scholar note shoudl have the year 2012, instead of 2011.

Well Trevor Packer just tweeted an hour ago saying:

Trevor Packer ‏@AP_Trevor
"We are ahead of schedule in preparing the paper reports for students, so we began mailing them earlier this week"

Trevor Packer ‏@AP_Trevor
"2 million paper reports need to be sent, so students will continue to receive them during these first 3 weeks of July."

I don't exactly know why AP General Services would lie when the head of the AP program clearly said some are already mailed out..

@coco, Newark got them, not Fremont. My friends and I are in Fremont. Also, why would AP start an online service like SAT? They would lose their revenue from those kids that have to know their scores early.

Well according to AP Trevor, another company runs the phone score reporting service, and CB has to pay THEM for it. Since they don't want to pay anymore, to save money they are moving to the free online platform.
