Signing Up?

Hey, I'm planning to selfstudy a few APs this year. For those of you planning to do the same, have you contacted your school in any way or has your school offered "signups" for the tests?

Haha, my school is being *****es about signing me up. They want me to take the B test and the calc ab test, and I am telling them I am signing up at a different school to take Physics C and Calc bc. My school says the money is due tomorrow (which it aint), and the other schools dont answer their phones.

lol same thing happened to me. You have to sign up usually during MARCH at the other school. Just go to their main office usually or call during business hours .. .aka the school day. Not when you get home lol

My mom is a teacher, shes been trying to call them for the last 3 days, at different times during the day, and neither school picks up their phone. It sucks.

Last year I got the AP registration form in my AP class, with which I could sign up for all my AP's, so I added the one I wanted to self-study and nobody ever questioned me... except that I was the only person in my district taking AP Enviro Sci so I had my own personal proctor (a guidance counselor who kept falling asleep) and a personal room.

I think last year our registration forms were due at the end of February so I suspect we'll get them soon.

Do your schools do it differently?
