^ Did you self-study it or did you have a great teacher? I might buy Princeton Review because it's available in my area but the rest aren't.

Hi everyone, new member here! I think it's awesome someone made such a comprehensive list, but I'm worried that because that list was from 2006, it might be a little outdated. Does anyone have better recommendations or are all the books pretty much the same?

Also does it make a difference if I buy the 2010 edition of an AP book or will 2008/2009 work?

I think i've decided on Peterson's master the ap calculus ab&bc.

however, i was wondering whether to get the edition with or without the cd. What exactly is on the cd and is it really worth all the extra $$?

aRawalji - the CD is useless. It pertains to random college acceptance stuff that's pretty elementary.

scribedreams - Cliffs.

dont get Princeton Review for Econ, unless you have been actually doing your homework and want a quick review.

I got 5 steps to a 5 for AP Econ. Its reviews on Amazon are amazing.

For bio, DEF go with Cliffs.

Any suggestions for Physics C? I picked up Barron's, but I think it's a bit too pompous.

What is the general consensus for best AP Physics B book?

How about AP Chem (not self-studying, but a so-so teacher)?

Microeconomics and Macroeconomics = "5 steps to a 5". I did, and I got 5s! lol, these books are amazing, and about 5 questions were straight off the practice tests verbatim!

AP Chem = Barron's review guide

AP Calculus = Peterson's

AP Biology = either Cliffs or Barron's

Help. For AP Calculus AB, what is the exact name of the newest "Arco/Master's/Peterson's" Books?

Please provide me with a link, borders/BN/Amazon if possible. There have been so many name changes and newer editions that I would love to purchase the newest one. Thank you!
