AP SCORE SENT TO WRONG HIGH SCHOOL! Help?!

I'm supposing that the proctor gave us the wrong school code. They sent my scores to some school in the Everglades. At least it's the right state, since I'm located in Florida.

There is no correcting the school code or school information on the correction form that comes with the score report. What should I do?
