When is the Right Time?

For all of those who are planning on taking an AP exam and those who have gotten a 4 or better, how long did you study for?

You don't need to study for it, unless you're a complete dolt.

Is it that easy? I've heard it was hard.

I am self studying AP European History and AP Literature and AP Language and I am studying for 4 weeks.
I do believe that I will do very well on all of them based on the 100's of practice tests I did from every test book available out there.

The college confidential message boards are like a disease. You and I should spend our time preparing for our tests instead of wasting it away here.

Seriously though, just read your textbook, maybe get REA, but if you consistently prepare for the test, you'll do fine.
