laboratory sciences?
What do AP laboratory sciences mean, and how much of that, if any, is in the actual test??

Biology, Chemistry, Physics B, and Physics C are all laboratory sciences. The exams ask a few questions on lab practices, but not a lot.

if i don't do the lab stuff will it affect my grade a lot?

I really hate the lab stuff, coz. no one cares about them, the teachers don't really care if the students get the concept or not...So, it's just kinda waste of time...
