AP scores not required- consequences of cancelling them...

The school I matriculated to gives placement credit to one out of the five exams I am taking this year...

Should I cancel my scores after taking the exam, not take them at all, or take them seriously?

The school district pays the $80 for each exam...

well, if you do well on the exams and get one of the scholar awards, that scholar award looks good on a resume.

at my school i get a chord at graduation if i am an ap scholar

just take your test seriously, you never know when they might end up helping you...you don't want to look back a few years from now and hope that you had actually tried...

Of course don't kill yourself over them, just put in your best effort

Yeah just try and focus on a couple to go for that award. and maybe not take one or two. It looks good on APPs, and um, makes you distinguished. Besides you never know maybe that AP credit will be useful one day (you transfer or something)
