AP European History - Sparknotes Power Pack?

I'm taking the AP European History exam this Friday (May 9) and started studying for it using Sparknotes' Power Pack yesterday afternoon. Needless to say, all of this information is overwhelming and I'm feeling a bit nervous. I thought I would be able to follow the Power Pack's "5-day plan to a 5" study schedule but I just don't think what they're suggesting is enough.

For those of you who have actually taken the exam, any suggestions of what the AP Euro test actually focuses on the most? Sparknotes told me that the 19th century is very important, so I'm studying a lot for that. I think I'll be alright on the multiple choice but the FRQ is going to KILL ME.

Does the AP Exam give you 3 question choices to do on the FRQ or do they only give you 1? And also, what do the FRQ's tend to focus on?

Any advice would be appreciated... :-)
