question about Cliff Bio 2nd edition

i have the cliff for biology 2nd edition. One thing i noticed is it doesn't cover sensory organs, like eyes, ear and what not. But those have showed up on the test before. Does the 3rd edition cover those? or are those just not important?

Any help? has anyone else had past experience with the 2nd edition? btw, is the stuff in there really enough to get a good score on the AP? i've heard people claim that memorizing cliff is enough for a 4 or 5, but the chapters just seem so brief...
