Applying with APs...

Will colleges see AP Scores on your paperwork? Would they at all affect decisions?

They are self-reported on applications. You can choose which ones you want to put on your application. Your official score report isn't sent until after you graduate during the summer after you take your last APs. People here will say different things but imo...they really aren't considered. Most top colleges don't even give credit for AP scores. They can't penalize you for not taking a test...some people can't afford to take 5-6 tests so why should they be treated differently? Just like how they can't penalize students for only taking 1-2 APs if thats all the school offers. They really want to see that you took the class and did well in it. So focus on getting good grades rather than getting a 5 on every test you take.
