I've looked at the trend for DBQs and i think it's save to say that it will be <1900. My bet is only Jacksonian democracy. Maybe even earlier.

Last year was Vietnam, so I'm fairly certain it won't be post-WWII this year.

I'm placing my money on Jacksonian Democracy, it contrasts very well with the Vietnam era one last year.

Since last year was the Vietnam War, Id suspect the time period will fall in the early 1900's...

It's definitely before WWII. I'm going with Jacksonian era, a terrible DBQ topic for me >_>

I predict the 1920s. Collegeboard made a DBQ on the Olympic Games for the APWH exam last year b/c of the olympics. Seeing as America is in an economic recession, it's very probable.
That, or I believe it's Jacksonian democracy.

WWII. But at the same time you can't make a prediction b/c my apush teacher told me (I asked the exact same question) that the same topic/category can appear again and again ^^ just like how Andrew Jackson always seems to come up.

What about the New Deal? Hasn't Progressivism been done before? (and it's released).

New Deal has been done already too. I've done that DBQ before, though, so I certainly wouldn't complain if they did it again. There have been plenty of repeat topics.

Progressivism/Muckraking/Anything with TR.
They went foreign last year, so I'm guessing domestic this year. Yep, Progressivism/Muckraking. You heard it here first, folks!

My teacher last year mapped out all the topics from the past 20 years, and her top two predictions were the Antebellum Era and Vietnam. (We got lucky with the second!)
So she's still predicting something from 1830-1860 this year.
