Can I self-study Physics B with a Physics C class and some prep books?

So I am going to be a senior and I have never taken a physics course. I want to take the Physics B test but there is no class for it in my school. They offer Physics C and I took it, but I don't plan on majoring in engineering. I wanted to know if it was possible to self study Physics B with 5 steps and PR while keeping up with Physics C. Would the info in the prep be sufficient for a 5?

Yeah, the equations in Physics C will actually help you in Physics B, but then again s such as Thermodynamics, ou about the extra topics such as Thermodynamics, Atomic/Nuclear Physics, etc.

so yeah just get a review book
