Getting rid of AP stress?

I do not handle stress well, and haven't been able to think very clearly these past few days. Any advice?

relax, chill with some friends.. Take a break, it may do more good (than harm..?)

I just play a few rounds of starcraft2 and then the stress? Drowned. Try to get your mind off of it and on something more relaxing.

Study more. jk. Do something you like to do regularly. Go to the mall, hang out with friends, play a sport, etc. And it's just a test. You won't die if you don't get a 5.

Commit suicide, no I am kidding. Seriously, just think how awesome your life is going to be afterwards.

You can try studying in a way that's a little more fun...I was watching "The Dark Knight" with Spanish subtitles (no not even in Spanish, I'm that lazy) last night...although I can't think of a way that you could apply this to, say, Calc AB.

But I also like miracleboy's solution.

I had two tests today. Yesterday, I did absolutely nothing AP related. No homework (besides a chem WS). I spent most of my time watching Tv, Facebook and Runescape.

It really helps get rid of stress. I slept well, I ate well, I didn't get tired at all after my first test, really owned those tests today. Just chillax, studying 10 hours before the day of the exam won't do much. (unless it's HG )

i have a friend who, i think, enjoys studying he does. Here's a nice adage to live by: don't do things for fun but have fun doing things.
