Well it definitely won't change the number of 5's, 4's, 3's, etc. That's a scale: it's relative to the average raw scores, so if the average raw scores go up, the scale will become less generous. Still, it will change the strategy. Instead of ever thinking about leaving something blank, you just go with your best guess!

Well, my strategy has always been to answer every single question, so I'm glad that I am done with APs as soon as they implement this rule

I am happy it changed because I was thinking of taking more AP's. I am sad it changed as it might be easier by probablility to guess and get some right you would never thought of. But what is your opinion on the questions might be getting harder?

I doubt questions will get more difficult. Honestly, I think that they might be making this change to help the rescoring process (and students themselves) by making it less likely that students will shift the bubbles by 1 space. Unless the student is completely oblivious to this change, there would be absolutely no reason to leave anything blank.
