I am currently majoring in mathematics education and minoring in art studio (emphasis on drawing). I was wondering if there were any additional courses to take, other than physics, that could help me if I were interested in applying for an architecture graduate program.

Check the admissions pages of the MArch programs that you are interested in. Some schools require both calculus and physics, some one but not the other, some neither.

Art history that includes architecture is also commonly cited.

The most critical part of your application would be your portfolio so start assembling significant work.
