I'm planning on Getting a Bachelors degree in both Animation and Game development.

The only 2 schools i could find that had either majors were...
The savanah colelge of art and design
Ringling college of art and design.
Full sail.

anyone know any others?

AICAD: AICAD - Undergraduate Programs

CMU has a grad program in entertainment technology. I think RIT has both programs: animation in their school of film and game design in another school there.

You might also check out CALARTS for animation, which is widely considered one of the top schools in animation as is Ringling.

Ringling requires a portfolio I think. If that is the case. your GPA will only be part of the picture.

Crazypsycho- and who wouldn't want anyone with that name?? :]

A 3.8 at a CC is great!! I think a student who has proved their maturity would be looked at as a wonderful addition. Taxguy is right. Be sure to work on your basic portfolio. Good figure drawing and such. And because Ringling is so well known for animation, they are increasing the number of students in this particular major next year. (I heard)
