hello everyone..
I just have this situation and i'm kinda confused what should i do..

I am a graduating student of a certain state university in the philippines. This coming april 10 is our scheduled march. Unfortunately, the dean of our college won't allowing me to take the march for some questionable reasons.. I passed all the exams and i have a good academic records.. And the most questionable thing is WHY THE SUPER LATE ADVICE? Beside, one of the faculty member I spoke to told me that all is cleared and I am going to take the march. Then all of a sudden, same day, the dean appealed to me and told me that I won't be able to graduate.. Some mis communication bla bla bla and really, Im depressed..
I paid all the miscellaneous that they told me to like graduation fee, pictorials, etc..

Is it possible that 7 days before graduation rights before the dean would know the real status of graduting students???

please help.
