one more rower from Ds HS team to Gonzaga. That makes 4 from one HS OW program: UVA, UCLA, Alabama, and Gonzaga.

Now I'm confused again.

Fall club program or HS?

But it's not important, though. Congrats to all.

Are most of these posts repeating the same kids (from one boat)..seems that way.

Have we had any LLs ?
I realize the storm may have slowed things though when my k1 got the LL--and the other team members--those LLs went out in mid Oct...meaning the die was cast.

Yes, a lacrosse LL to Brown, & for crew: 1 LL to Brown, 1 to Harvard & 1 to Columbia (all 4 athletes from 4 different high schools/programs).

Hi Mayhew

Thats good news!!
We haven't much about the LLs this year...
and beyond the posts from the some group of rowers...haven't heard too much on this thread.
I have heard about planned walk-ons for schools like BU where kids have applied ED and are waiting for admission...so those are different.

Hope we hear more in coming days.

Good luck to all

In the context of this forum, LL means a Likely Letter, an instrument used by the Ivy League Athletic Conference to secure athletic recruits.

But, just to be clear, a LL is not used only by the Ivies and is not always for athletics:

What are “Likely Letters” Like? - Ask The Dean

But, yes, within this thread, that is very likely what it refers to.
