You definitely have the ability to get in, but you may not get scholarships because your GPA is kinda low. (how high is your GPA weighted?) Also, did you apply by Dec 1st? And what is your SAT score without the writing section (out of 1600)? I work in the admissions department so I could definitely let you know what your chances are if you tell me these things.

I'll be on Navy ROTC so scholarship is no biggie...a family friend graduated from auburn with a degree in aeronautical engineering...my mom said that he's doing some type of teaching or assistant teaching there now....my gpa isn't weighted at all, it's out of 4.0...all my classes have been advanced, honors, or AP level...didn't apply by December 1, my SAT broke down to math: 580 cr: 590. I have a letter or rec. from a state senator in Louisiana (my home state even though I live in KY now) for Tulane...I'm also working on Boston U...GWU denied me early admissions but that was a stretch to begin with...

You're into Auburn, War Eagle! You'll get a far better education at Tulane, GW, BU.

You're definitely able to get accepted, although if you haven't gotten a letter yet, don't expect one until january because the offices closed last friday and don't reopen until jan 3. Auburn has a pretty good international business major, which language were you planning on doing with it, french, spanish or german?

I've taken 3 years of French so probably that, maybe German or Spanish though I don't know. I really would like to minor in Middle Eastern Studies and learn Arabic & Farsi though. I'm not sure if that is offered or not.

No, I don't think Arabic is offered here. That'd be really cool though.
