I think it can go either way. You have some solid activies which will be a big plus for you but your AP grades are quite poor and your math SAT is somewhat low. Likewise, your GPA puts you on the borderline even if you come from a competitive high school. Really, if they see you have a lot of passion for business by your activities and essay, then you get in. Just cross your fingers that they don't get nit-picky about academics.

I agree with A Persona-
It can go either way. I applied EA this year and was accepted (although I will not go there), and I had similar stats as you. However, Babson is drawing more and more applications every round, so all you can do is wait to hear. Good Luck!
