I am hoping to get into Babson in 2009.
Core GPA - 3.2
SAT - 2000 (Reading 680, Math 650, Writing 700)
I have a lot of work experience. I have interned at two commercial real-estate companies in Houston. I interview well which would also be a plus.

Chances?

You seem to have a lot going for you, but so do many applicants. Your GPA, I think, definitely needs a stimulus if you are to be in good standing for Babson.
