I've seen some videos on YouTube for the Freshman Showcase performances. Are these showcases at the beginning or the end of the freshman year? And, what is the purpose of these showcases?

The Freshman Showcase takes place at the end of freshman year for Musical Theatre students. This gives them an opportunity for performance and for many members of the faculty and their peers to see a culmination of their work throughout their first year. The Freshman Showcase also gives students an opportunity to perform as they prepare for the next stages of auditions they will experience at Ball State University. I hope this helps!
