my mom is a self-employed attorney who doesn't make much $, my dad makes 100g + a year as a scientist, BUT i am the oldest of 4 kids, so we're not exactly rolling in the dough.

jewish involvement = attended young judaea camps every summer for 7 years, went on a yj israel program for 6 weeks this summer, copresident of synagogue youth groupp 10-12, member of school's jewish awareness club 10-12 (pretty much a joke but whatevs)
political activism= volunteering w/ several local/national democratic party campaigns 10-12, member of school's young democrats 10-12 (president 12)
volunteer activities = teacher's aide at synagogue's sunday school 8-12, aide at local music day camp for 3 weeks this summer (200+ recorded community service hours in total)
random = member of school's academic team 10-12 (cocaptain 12), voice lessons 11, guitar lessons 11-12, drama club member 10-11, junior intermezzo club member 12

You should have no difficulty getting admitted. My sons record was similar and he got in IDP.
