Can I get in?

I have worked very hard in school. My GPA reflects my work, 3.97 UW. I would really like to go to Pepperdine. It's been a dream from the moment I saw its poster in my schools counselor’s office in Washington State; to the time I drove past Pepperdine and saw the real image. But is my hope just a dream?

My senior schedule
Math Anal
Spanish three University of Washington in the high school program
Leadership, senior senator
Anatomy and Physiology
Organic Chemistry
American Political Behavior
Decisions in the market place

EX
Boys swimming. Varsity for four years. Received an All American Award
Treasurer for SADD, one year
Senator freshman and senor year
Anchor for one year on video announcements. Now President of the club.
Vice president of the Young Republicans club.

CS
Vacation Bible School for two years at my church. I also helped add on a new sanctuary for my church.
I taught swimming lessons at the YMCA for 20 hours.
I plan on having more hours my senor year.

Thanks for your advice

accident

I copied and pasted my information and accidentally left Pepperdine in my topic paragraph. However I'm really interested in going to Bard. So if you could tell me if I have a chance, that would be great.

I hate to tell people what I think their chances are because you just never know what the admission officers are looking for. But you sound like a strong candidate, so I hope to see you here next year!

Okay Cool

Well I'm really interested in the Distinguished Scientist Scholars Program. I want to do something in Orthodontia. What are the chances of receiving such a scholarship?

Well, I was really surprised to get the DSS myself, as I'd never been involved in any serious science research or anything... but perhaps my grades, essays and possibly teacher recs impressed them.
