Financial Aid Question

Does Bard take into account both parents' incomes if I live with just one? I know that some colleges don't ask for the other parent's income.

We are already going to have a hard time paying for tuition, but my mother has an income of around 30,000 while my father's is around 100,000. But he's been spending too much on frivilous things, which is out of my control.

Thankksss
