So, I am applying to Bard. It says on the common app that the deadline was today.. Today was a holiday, which I didn't foresee. I thought I'd postmark my supplement (which needs to be mailed) tomorrow, and everything would be fine.. However, I didn't check the school's website until about ten minutes ago, and found that things had to be postmarked by Saturday the 13th.. Am I screwed for life? What should/can I do? How flexible are they...? I'm borderline panicking at the moment. Please help!

Seriously, the whole 'postmarked by' thing is very stressful. . . ugh. I was in a panic last week worrying about the dates//if they were for postmarks or for arriving in the hands of admissions officers.

One of my schools, Hampshire College, is really awesome because it allowed things to be postmarked on the 16th due to the holiday. . . hopefully, you'll be fine.
