It's not, you know, absolute confirmation that no one will hear before the middle of May, but the waitlist FAQ says: You should not expect to hear whether you are offered a space until the second week of May at the earliest.
So I called today and asked if they had made any decision re: whether or not they'd even be using the list in the first place- the girl who answered said that they'd be starting to look this week.
Bartlet - starting to look at applicants (ie re-evaluating the pool of applicants considered active on the waitlist) or starting to look at whether or not they need to use the list?
I think the girl on the phone said that they'd be looking at whether or not they need the list, and that if so, they'd start contacting at the end of this week or beginning of next week at the earliest.
