How does one go about setting up an overnight visit with a Barnard student? The admissions page doesn't seem to have any way of arranging it through the school. Also, no one has gone to Barnard from my HS in the past 4 years, so I don't have any connections. Does anyone know how I would go about doing this? I'm planning to apply ED to Barnard so I'd really like to do an overnight first?

I cannot answer your question, but I was wondering if anybody knew around when overnights would start? After April?

I don't know of any arrangements that can be "formally" made through the school at this point. But there is an admitted students' overnight that happens in April before decisions are due. My daughter hosted girls for that several times. Sorry, I know that does not help you very much at this point. Since, as you say, you have no current connections there, your best bet, I guess, would be to see if anyone here can set you up with someone willing to have you there...My D has graduated, so I can't ask her...but I would if she was still there!
