Unweighted GPA: 3.6008

I think the worst hit was opting to be a year ahead in the science curriculum at my school (took Biology as a freshman); I didn't have the math to keep up with courses such as Physics.

SATs: 2060 (CR: 690, M: 620, W: 750, 11 on the essay)
ACTs: 29
Will take SAT II's in December (Latin, Literature, Math I or II --> high 700's)

for barnard your scores are just below their average, but you have good extracurriculars. also it looks like your course load is strong and u could handle it fine.
you should get into fordham and rutgers, but nyu will be about as tough as barnard.
colgate and vassar you have a chance. dont know about the rest

your numbers are a little low, but if you can make the rest of your application stand out a lot and have a stellar essay you've got a shot.
