I did. (Wow, time warp.) I received it around jan 18/19, I believe. Hope you got yours, though...it doesn't seem to be impressive... Makes me really really really twitchy for April 1st.

It seems that Bates's account doesn't have something like a checklist, a little weird.

Yeah, but I imagine they'd email/contact applicants if there was missing documents.
