Your chances are excellent assuming that you don't mess up the application or essays. In fact, I would bet you will get some merit money.

To improve your chances for merit money, take the SAT as well (but don't submit the scores until you see them). It is not uncommon to do much better on one test than on the other.

Hmm I would say that you will get in, probably with a really good scholarship (possibly full tuition) just bring up that ACT score or take the SAT. As long as your ACT is above a 31 (or 2100 on the SAT) I can pretty much guarantee that you will have a full tuition scholarship.

You have an excellent GPA and your ECs are amazing. With those ECs you should be aiming much higher than Bentley lol. Go for UPenn and Harvard (given that you raise your ACT or SAT score) you have a great chance of getting in.
