So for the bentley supplement essay, the common app says that it can only be 2000 characters long. Mine is 2085 characters and it wont let me post it on the application online. Is there a way to get around this? Could I send it to Bentley directly? I've already tried to shorten it and this is as short as I can get it.

Don't think there's anyway around it -- you can keep it at @2010-2015 characters as I recall from S doing his -- just better try and shorten it best you can.

My GC gave me a list of schools to look at (for next yr.) based on information I gave
her. Bentley was the only "new to me" school on the list and from what I've read so
far, seems very interesting and I'll prob. visit in the spring.

I currently go to a large public school that has a significant jewish population and so we are off for Rosh Hoshanna, Yom Kippur and the first 2 days of Passover. While I am close friends with kids rom every religion and ethnicity, and will definitely want to continue that in any college I attend, I'm wondering if there's a Bentley student out there reading this that can tell me if there is any jewish life at school and is it a problem to skip class for the "major" holidays?
