So are you happy with your decision?

This question goes out to the freshmen at Berkeley!

How do you guys feel about making the choice to come to Cal as opposed to any other schools you had been accepted to? Has the school met or exceeded your expectations? What's different about the actual experience than what you had expected?

Yeah, well, exactly what I imagined, dreamed, expected -- and kinda surprised that it would be all that. More than that really. I knew it would be hard and I'd feel intimidated by the brilliant people I expected to find, but I was amazed at how nice people are, both students and teachers. I like that I can find anything that interests me available, and people that have my interests. I like that I can be me. I like that I can be in a group, or be alone, or do a lot or do nothing. Yeah, it's all that.
