You could try reapplying if you feel your chances will be better after a semester (ie better GPA or resume).

Or you could focus on another major 'somewhat' related to business (ie Economics). The same stat, math, and intro econ classes can be used toward economics, but most UGBA courses don't count towards other majors other than business. Econ is also a capped major, so if econ doesn't work out there will be problems.

If you're really die hard on business, remember that you can always do an MBA for grad school regardless of what your undergrad. major was. Many Silicon Valley CEO's focused on EECS or some other major in undergrad but later pursued MBA's in graduate school. It can't hurt to diversify your abilities.

major alternatives

if you don't get into Haas a lot of people pursue an Economics degree or Political Economy of Industrial Societies (PEIS) degree.

If your ultimate goal is getting a business job, you can be a part of a business organization, particularly business fraternity, and develop connections that'll help you get interviews w/o being in haas

You were admitted to the College of Letters and Science as an undeclared major (the only college in which you can do this). You can apply to the business school as a junior. The business school does not admit freshmen or sophomores.
