i just found out that the cost for the incoming year would be increased by 9.3%?? Is it just 9.3% of tuition, or of room&board and everything?? Does anyone have any idea that how much is gonna cost next year for out-state students?
And is it likely for UCB to increase their tuition by 9% every year?
Could anyone help me out? Cause I probably won't be able to attend it if the budget goes to around 50,000/year...

Also, how does international loan work at UCB?
