FPF Help!

Hi, I recently got invited to join the Fall Program for Freshmen because they expanded classroom sizes. I and accepted their invitation and I have a few questions:

1) How do I apply for dorming? I went on Berkeley's housing website https://portal.housing.berkeley.edu/...wawyQrB1jPheWw
and tried to login at the top left corner, but it keeps telling me that "my session has timed out" so therefore, I cannot apply. I also tried calling FPF several times, but they never pick up my call because they "can't get to my call at the moment." This is my primary concern since I am living in the SoCal area and NEED to be assured housing (I definitely prefer to dorm over renting an apartment, if possible).
2) What do I do about my CalSo? I never got an e-mail telling me about it. I only know CalSo exists because some of my friends went already or have signed up. Am I supposed to sign up somewhere?3) My financial aid only registered for Spring. Since I am now a new FPF member, how do I assure that I get financial aid for Fall as well to pay for FPF?

Any answers to these questions would be great!
