Simmon I think you might have gotten your GPA calculation wrong, unless you are talking about your high school GPA.
A 82 out of a 100 is about a 3.28 on a 4.00 scale. Just take what you have and divide that by 25. If you have a 100, then after dividing that by 25, you'll get 4.00 for example. Furthermore, BC doesn't look at applications with a college GPA lower than a 3.0:
