Should I apply EA?

Hey all, I am definitely applying to BC but I was wondering if I would be competitive enough to apply EA. Here are some stats:

Gender: M
State: Texas

ACT: 33 ( 34E,34R,34M,30S hopefully retake and get a 34+)

GPA: About a 98 weighted. Very large upward grade trend

Rank: Top 15%

Highschool: Competitive. 98% go to 4-year college. 100% graduate.

Courseload: Most rigorous. 11 APs by graduation (World H, US H, Lang, Chem, Bio, Physics, Calculus, Statistics, Lit, Government, Macro Economics) At my school, 12 is the most APs possible to take.

-5 on AP World History Sophomore year

ECs:

Principal Clarinetist All-Region Band - Junior
All-State Band - Junior
School marching band was state champions Freshman year

SADD Vice-President and helped found it
Student Council Community Service Committee head junior year. Helped organize a Walk-athon that raised ~30k for a cancer charity.
Student Council Treasurer Senior year (elected position)
NHS Member

Will have about 100-150 hours of community service at a center for sexually abused children by the fall.

Note:

I had fairly poor grades my freshman and sophomore years (B's in Spanish, Chemistry) because of a family crisis. My dad was arrested for drug possesion the summer before my sophomore year and sentenced to 6 months jail, 5 months rehab. That point in my life was extraordinarily stressful.

Thanks for chancing! For anyone else interested... I just got my updated rank and GPA, I rose 6 spots in rank this semester!

Updated:

Rank: 17/135 (13%)
GPA: 98.79

Unfortunately, this is probably the last rank that BC will see since my school only updates at the end of each semester. I KNOW that I can probably get closer to the top 10% next semester, but once I find out where I am I bet I will already know if I'm accepted EA or not.
