subject tests?

theyre required right? how many? 2 or 3?

The requirements are clearly stated on BC's website:

only georgetown and harvard?(might be another ivy) require 3

Most schools require two minimum. Some more elite schools, like Harvard, require three.

I recommend that anyone applying to college take three. It offers you the maximum amount of flexibility.
