Unfortunately this process is sort of a microcosm of the real world. My eldest son is in MT and he has been auditioning for jobs in New York and you go and you wait and you have your few moments (even less time than at the schools) and you only hear back if the want you. Also, my wife was a commercial actress. The year we were married she went out on 125 auditions, got 12 callbacks, landed one job, and then got bounced from that job when she give birth to our son three weeks early (they wanted a real pregnant woman)!!!
This industry is all about being able to accept rejection. Pick yourself back up off the floor. Dust yourself off. And then throw yourself in front of the bus all over again!
LOL!! Personally, I have a ton of respect for all of you. You should be VERY proud that you have come this far. Do not give up on your dreams. You only go through this life once. Go for it!!
