I e-mail lasted night and they said they're assigning rooms based on when the survey was turned in. I know I turned it in Early. Late May the latest.

Just saying that's why you should call. Email is too limited because it won't resolve what you think is a problem...and it sounds like that to me. Of course they 're going to give you the standard reply. Call - tell them that you believe something is wrong and you want to check it out. They will help you. Or you could just wait and not call and find out whenever!
I turned in my survey in late May and got assigned almost two weeks ago.

I already have a room assigned, but was told they will be assigning rooms until the end of august, so you are probably not forgotten. However, if you did fill out your survey early, I would call to make sure there wasn't some kind of mix up which resulted in you having extremely low priority.

They said they're doing it in order of the day they received it, not the day we submitted and they haven't gotten to my day yet.
