| Thanks for all the comments. Does anyone by chance know which side dorm room numbers face? For example, do even-numbered rooms face the Charles River or Bay State Road; or is it a random draw? Again, I was assigned room 405R, so I was wondering if anyone had any info. |

| 405R will have one window facing Bay State and one window facing the entrance/courtyard of Shelton |

| I definitely want Shelton for my sophomore year. For those who have lived in Shelton, did any of you had any problems with the 4th floor (reportedly being haunted)? |

| My brother lived on the fourth floor, and he never mentioned any ghosts/ghouls/poltergeists/etc..
Maybe he's just too traumatized to tell anyone about it, though... |

| That's good. I want Shelton for sophomore year, but I heard that most sophomores end up having to choose among Warren, West and Towers. |

| Not true and remember that StuVi2 will be open by then and that changes the rooming situation a lot. |

| Meaning StuVi2 will be like Warren, Sophomore Edition.
Although I doubt I'll want to live there. Long walks to CAS across the BU Bridge? Um, no thanks. |

| Yeah, StuVi2 is new and nice, but far away from CAS. I would still like to stay close to the center of the campus. |

| shoot for the specialty floors, if you qualify. It makes it easier to get into the more desirable floors. That's how I got into a triple in shelton (triples are tough to find) my soph year by going for the SMG floor |

| ^^To my knowledge, there was no problem with bedbugs on Shelton 5 this year. And I practically lived there. |

| Dormed at Shelton last year on the SMG floor. Practically every one was a freshman. The sophmores were really nice. While it wasn't as loud as Warren, you certainly can party it up with your floormates and still have a good time. I loved so much that I'm dorming in Shelton again for another year!
