Overnight + Open House

Hey, My friend and I want to go to the open house on the 21st. We are going to take the Bus, thus we need to find a place to sleep on the 20th so that we can attend the whole Open House. We requested for an overnight visit and were unsuccessful. Is there a hotel within walking distance to Bowdoin?

any of the other bowdoin kids on here living in a social house that could throw two kids on couches in their common room?

Hotels within walking distance - the Captain Daniel Stone Inn is the closest, I think.

hotels loc: 5 College St, Brunswick, ME 04011 (Bowdoin College) - Google Maps

it's result A - that's the nicest and easiest walk. The cluster of hotels GHIJ aren't walkable really, and BCDEF aren't the funnest walk.

Thanks oliver. I appreciate your pro-active response to this thread. I really hope there is a way to accommodate two guys that want to check out the open house. If not, that inn you pointed out should be fine.

The B&B on Park Row would be even closer to the college than Daniel Stone:

Brunswick Inn on Park Row

good point - that's definitely closer, I hadn't even thought of it.

from: 5 College St, Brunswick, ME 04011 (Bowdoin College) to: 165 Park Row, Brunswick, ME 04011 (Brunswick Bed & Breakfast) - Google Maps
